Singapore is one of the major emerging tourist generating markets for Nepal in South East Asia. With high disposable income stimulated by the strong economy, the outbound is growing rapidly day by day. Singaporeans are found to be venturing lesser searched, often overlooked destinations that are less mainstream. Nepal has an advantage of being directly connected to Singapore daily and hence can tap this potential with effective marketing efforts. Corporate partnerships with the airlines and tourism board can further strengthen the connectivity and ties between the two countries. With good marketing instruments and ample resource allocation, Nepal can bring good number of Singaporeans in days ahead.
